Property owners list their verified properties on our platform, and house seekers can browse, contact, and schedule viewings directly with them via our platforms —no middlemen involved.
Yes, property seekers can use the platform for free. However, property owners may pay a small listing or verification fee depending on the services they select.
We send trained field agents to physically inspect properties, verify ownership documents, and take real-time photos and videos before they go live on the platform.
You can list your property by downloading our app or visiting our website. Create an account, upload your property details, and a team member will contact you for verification.
Once you find a property you like, simply tap on the listing to view the owner’s contact details or use our built-in messaging or call function [we highly recommend you use our built-in call/messaging function as it helps us to keep track of your transactions and safety].

Yes. All properties are physically verified & electronically verified via ID’s by our team before being published. We do not allow fake or unverified listings.
We currently operate across Accra and surrounding regions, with plans to expand across Ghana. You can filter properties by area in the app.
Yes. You can schedule a property viewing/booking request directly through the app by using our 3D enabled viewing features or by calling/messaging the owner through the app using our built in call/messaging features. We recommend visiting the property before making any payment if you intend to rent for a very long time & not a short stay.
